I Lead a team of 14 engineers designing various systems for Holtec's Small Modular Reactor program. Responsible for approving technical documents for Reactor Coolant, Chemical and Volume Control, Residual Heat Removal, Spent Fuel Pool Cooling, HVAC, Radioactive Waste, Component Cooling Water, Main Steam, Main Feedwater, Steam Generator Blowdown, and various auxiliary systems. Review and provide mentorship to direct reports on engineering calculations, technical reports, and drawings. Responsible for personnel functions including hiring, training, onboarding, performance reviews etc. Coordinate scheduling with interfacing engineering disciplines.
