• Monitor the network infrastructure by responding appropriately to alerts and events impacting classified and unclassified MCEN/NMCI Services.

• Act as a key initial responder to alerts and incidents, swiftly containing issues and minimizing impact on both customers and critical backbone infrastructure.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing a wide array of networking devices from prominent vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Ciena. Experienced with Cisco Meraki implementation and troubleshooting for enterprise customers.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, including creating procedures and processes to facilitate efficient troubleshooting.
• Started the project to update network diagrams using Visio for thousands of enterprise fiber customers.
• Experienced with Remedy and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
