I worked with executive officers to guide the firm's direction towards 501(c)3 nonprofit status. I also provided recommendations on board of directors on group's effectiveness, actions and future plans. I was involved with the planning and coordinating of a wide variety of meetings and conferences between executive staff and employees.

I founded the company and oversaw its initial growth and direction, working with executive staff and team management to increase community engagement and retention. I also headed projects to increase service quality and efficiency. I was involved in internal affairs and human resources to effectively boost employee morale and foster a sense of community.
