Responsibilities:- develop technical projects to ensure that long-term and short-term goals are met- carry out regular maintenance checks and implement plant upgrades to ensure functionality and efficiency of pilot systems- regularly assess technological performance and develop budgets to support the technical team's growth- work closely with the CFO on planning and management of the team’s budget and preparation of financial or legal documentation- collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organisational vision, operational strategy, and hiring levels - ensure effective recruiting, onboarding and professional development - implement organisation-wide goal setting and keep track of team progress and performance- assist in compiling administrative documentation, including making templates and maintaining team planning documentation
