• Managing projects by conducting the Feasibility, Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing out them out.• Conducting stakeholder meetings, reviewing vendor and contractor quotes, maintaining project schedules, and writing AFEs• Created an Electrical Control Specification Committee to develop a unified standard for how Central Engineering & Production Plants expects related work to be performed by OEMs, Contractors, and/or Maintenance.• Providing production plants and other Project Managers with Automation & Controls Engineering support.• Programming industrial system’s PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.• Initiating Safety Risk Assessments on systems and implemented changes meet the appropriate PLr or SIL rating.

As an Automation Technician we wrote design documentation, programs, and commissioned skids for the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry (e.g. Bioreactors, Fermenters, Buffer, and Media skids). The Design Documents that we have worked on are FRS, DDS, and Risk Assessments and these were written around P&ID drawings and customers’ URS document. These design documents adhered to the S88, GAMP, and FDA standards.Programming was done on Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLCs and HMIs using batch control and cascade control methods. To do this, we had to be familiar with Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View SE/ME, and how to set up Datalogger Servers.

As a PCET at East Penn Manufacturing my colleagues and I strive to improve production and minimize the breakdowns of over 190 systems. My daily routine consists of: • Modify PLC programs and HMIs using Allen Bradley software to accommodate new additions to the industrial machinery. (e.g. Rslogix 5000, Factory Talk View ME, and Connected Components) • Perform troubleshooting on industrial equipment by reading electrical schematics, observing PLC programs, testing circuits with appropriate meters and/or PPE, and performing visual checks • Audit machines and generated bill of materials for projects • Maintain continuous communication with department leaders and operators to understand the proper behavior of the different generations of machines throughout the property • Repair, rework and assemble electrical panels

• Operates machines to perform cutting, stretching, testing, and transferring procedures on semiconductor wafers to make individual chips on the micron scale. • Use of microscopes to check quality of work• Makes use of data during testing to determine if chips pass or fail
