CurrentAt (per se) Juice, we produce, market, and sell fresh squeezed juice with HPP sterilize technology.per se: raw juice, true juice, nothing but juice. raw juice: we use Cold Press technology to extract the juice and High Pressure Process (HPP) technology to sterilize them. there is no any heat involved in the entire juice production, which protects the vitamins and minerals from being killed and remain the flavor, color, texture, and smell of the fruit. all of the other juice brands on the market are using pasteurization for sterilization purpose. pasteurization uses high heat from 70 C to 120 C (158 F - 248 F) to make the shelf life longer. the juice is actually cooked after pasteurization, losing the nutrients and flavor of raw fruits. true juice: we use over 1 kg of fruit or vegetable to make 1 bottle of juice. all the juice is directly extracted from the fresh fruit we purchases on the daily basis. most juice brands on the market are using concentrate and water to make the final products. nothing but juice: we do not add any food additive, no matter it's nature or artificial, not even a drop of water. other juice brands on the market are using numerous food additives, from natural sugar and water to artificial sweeteners, thickeners, stabilizers, preservatives, flavor enhancer, food coloring, and antioxidants.capacity: our newly constructed 1 million USD product line allows us to provide 10,000 tons (30 million bottles) per year. we currently control the rate to 1 million bottles per year. customer: due to our high cost and low production on high pressure process technology, we currently only provide our products to high-end restaurant and luxury hotels.
