Ethan co-founded a strategy consulting firm that combined best practices from military leadership and high growth company expertise. One of the firm’s signature engagements was the creation of a pioneering transition program, in conjunction with the University of Denver, for senior military officers that identified veterans’ core values and strengths and helped match their skills to corporate and non-profit leadership roles. The program enabled veterans to continue to give back to their country in a variety of high impact ways from starting companies to serving on advisory boards.

Ethan helped build DGP, from the ground up, a private equity firm focused on investing in Colorado based companies. Ethan managed capital and debt negotiations along with recruiting, mentoring, and leading the sales team. As a board member, Ethan raised capital and helped shape the leadership structure of the company. Ethan was also served as CFO and CSO for a turnaround manufacturing portfolio company.

Ethan started at TeamSAI as a consultant and within the year was promoted to Director of Strategic Analysis. By 2003 he became the youngest Principal & Vice President in the company’s history. Ethan’s specialties in strategic planning, operational excellence and team development, enabled him to play an active role in business development, airline mergers and acquisitions, supply chain optimization and industry forecasts.
