It is a movement of people that invests in neighborhood assets to build leaders, establish quality housing, and generate economic development.• Developed a comprehensive curriculum for 90 Gullah-Geechee youth focusing on academic support, social-emotional growth, entrepreneurial skills, and socio-political awareness, embodying a holistic approach to youth development• Researched and applied stakeholder engagement approach, Appreciative Inquiry, informing organizational strategic restructuring
