Trucks – Tech and Giving Back:Start the phrase “Nadolsons are…” to anyone of my children and they will finish with it with “…problem solvers”I can attribute this concept to a mentor of mine as a child, Mark Peretti. Mark was the President of the dealership I worked at when I was 11 years old and had a plaque on his desk that he would point to that read “Don’t come to me with a problem without having three solutions”Some of you picked up on different parts of that, but yes, I did say 11. My father, Steve "Bear” Nadolson, let me come work at the dealership when I was just a boy to “learn the ropes”. I did lot work, detailed trucks, light mechanical work, learned truck specs and the appraisal process, and even drove my first truck on the road when I was 13. * Dad - I looked up the statute of limitations on all of this and we are in the clear *I fell in love with trucks, with the people, and with the processes that it takes to be successful.I am passionate about solving real problems that face our industry. Founding SOARR with my partners when I was 19 to solve problems our dealership had, along with every other dealer in the country, was just the beginning. I have had a lifelong career of pioneering new technology and developing new ways for dealerships, finance companies, leasing companies, fleets, OEMs, owner-operators, and others in the trucking community.I wear many hats, but they all work together. Plus the Enneagram says I am a 7 wing 8, so what do you expect?I am the President and CEO of SOARR – Chief Commercial Officer of TruckTractorTrailer.com –– Co-Owner of Oils Worth Sharing – and I am a missionary named MWAVIZI (more on this later). My professional life is exciting and filled with innovation, collaboration, teaching, mentoring, and bringing quality solutions to the market while trusting that a byproduct of this will be revenue.Personal life? Well, I am blessed beyond what any man deserves. My beautiful and talented wife, Justina, and I have a fantastic family of six. Four amazing children and several pets to go along with it. – Fun fact – My wife is a Lifetime Achievement Award Winner for the Used Truck Association. Yes, trucks run deep in our family. Those who know me, know that I am passionate about helping others and have even been ordained by 13 Christian churches in Kenya, Africa who have named me "Mwavizi" which translates to “The Supporter”.
