As a Senior Financial Analyst I led the creation of a custom-coded system involving currency translation and workflow. I was also a key member of the implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management System by SAP at 60 locations worldwide. I led the consolidation of the company's 7 divisional budgets while it was running several disparate systems.In my time in this role I reviewed and negotiated numerous technology and labor-related contracts and regularly worked with consulting firms to drive initiatives forward. Additionally, I had the privilege to speak and teach at several company conferences and events across the globe.

As a Financial Analyst in Capital Planning I created monthly financial presentations for the bank's Board of Directors and Management team. I also performed analyses on the bank's health under various macroeconomic scenarios and reported on peer and industry financial filings and trends comparative to BBVA Compass. In this role I also worked extensively with Workiva software to further build out and automate the bank’s annual Capital Plan.

As a LEAP Associated I built monthly key metric dashboards for the EVP of Strategy, as well as fee matrices and client portfolio profitability tools for the Wealth Management department. I also envisioned the concepts behind the bank's current Accounts home page on their award winning mobile app. My team also won an interactive Bank Sim project simulating 7 years of bank management. My departmental rotations included Wealth Management, Business Innovation, Capital Planning, and Internal Audit.

As an intern I worked in multiple departments including: Finance, Business Partners, Change Management, Operations, and Process Redesign. My team and I also won 1st place in an internship-wide, team-based competition for the conceptual design and presentation of a state of the art mobile banking app.

As the Co-Founder and President while a student at Auburn University I implemented and directed all Auburn operations, which included the hiring, training, and supervising of a 40+ employee staff. Ensured consistent ad revenue, printing and delivery of 3,000 weekly newspapers across the city.

As the Interfraternity Council Treasurer while a student at Auburn University I oversaw the financial health of 28 Fraternity organizations and controlled a $120K annual budget with over $100K in cash reserves.
