Ethan was a Product Manager at CapitaStar, CapitaLand's retail loyalty programme. His responsibility includes designing the product roadmap for the newly launched app, understanding the user needs, bridging any gaps between business and technical needs by working with cross-functional teams. As the Product Manager, he's also required to come up with short and long term solutions to close the gaps identified. This includes changing of business flow, system architecture, or data reporting to ensure future scalability of the programme.As part of the programme's revamp, Ethan led the effort in the development of the chatbot, Sparkle to better understand and engage with the consumer. Prior to this position, Ethan was a Project Executive with CapitaLand Singapore. He was tasked to be the lead Project Manager on a project with approx $30 mil budget after 2 years into his role. His responsibility includes coordination with internal clients, appointed consultants/architects and awarded contractor to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget and meets quality/statutory requirement.
