I am a Specialist Rotational Pharmacist with a passion for delivering safe, high-quality and evidence based patient care. I have completed a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy and earned an independent prescribing qualification with a focus on intravenous fluid and electrolyte management in the ICU, where I have also passed the UKCPA Foundations in Critical Care course. I have recent experience working in a tertiary renal centre, alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to support inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and multiple dialysis centres both in-person and remotely. I am open to opportunities where I can apply my skills to face new clinical challenges and promote medicines optimisation to diverse patient populations.
