Responsible for oversight of the Museum's weekend operations including guest service, admission and store sales, volunteer and staff management, event supervision, and generating attendance reports. Occasional duties include interacting with VIP guests, contributing material for social media, entering data into Matchmaker, training volunteers, emergency response and providing support to the Education Department's programs. Participated in the marketing effort for the museum's Movie Under the Wings 2015 feature, Back to the Future, appearing in costume on camera for photographs and a news spot promoting the event. Served as on-site event coordinator for PBS Science Cafe series and manager on duty for the Mars Bus weekend and annual Discover STEM Day and Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Days. Annual event days frequently surpassed 750 visitors and up to 100 volunteers. In conjunction with the Education department, piloted a value-added visitor program services program using existing resources and volunteers to dive deeper into the science of radiation and nuclear chemistry. This program ran the course of the summer of 2017 to engage visitors with core concepts of nuclear science in a hands-on manner.

Responsible for the delivery, prototyping, development, evaluation and revamping of existing science and history programming in collaboration with the Education Department team, attending outreach events offsite and promoting the museum's revenue-generating programs through media outlets and social media opportunities. Developed and delivered an interactive history lesson to campers at the museum's Spy Kids summer camp program. Led activities for the Smithsonian's 'Let's Do History Tour' Grants, New Mexico stop, and a pre-service teacher workshop for New Mexico Highlands University. These workshops introduced teachers to the resources available at the museum. For the Grants workshop, also provided a virtual tour of the museum's exhibits as well as video snippets of a docent led tour. Made regular appearances on the local 2KASA morning show to promote the museum's events and camp programming and share simple science experiments viewers could do at home. Assisted in the redesign of an evaluation tool used by the Nuclear Museum and Explora's afterschool outreach programming. Served as an evaluator for the program during 2016 and 2017. Co-taught and planned a Star Wars inspired camp program, leveraging community resources such as cosplayers and toy designers to create a one-of-a-kind experience for museum campers. Served as a trainer and participant in the museum's 2017 annual fundraising gala. This included script reviewing, safety and materials training for the Junior Docent performers, helping to lead rehearsals, and introducing the first demonstration at the gala event.

Responsible for the operation of Modern Albuquerque LLC's tour division including guest experience, customer relations, marketing, and research. In the fall of 2019, my partner and I made the decision to restructure the organization into a non-profit in which we'd both serve as incorporating board members.Researched, drafted, and launched the Retro Risque historical walking tour of east Central Albuquerque, showcasing entertaining ‘adult’ anecdotes of local mid-century history alongside key modernist structures. Collaborated with the Director to produce a marketing plan for all Modern Albuquerque events. Appeared on KRQE’s morning show to represent the business and discuss the event opportunities. Established volunteer responsibilities and duties for ABQ Mid Mod Home Tour and Home Movie Day and determined recruitment strategies. Met with multiple writers to provide insights and materials for articles in the weekly Alibi, New Mexico Magazine, and a forthcoming book on ‘hidden’ Albuquerque.

Responsible for answering phones for multiple office suite clients, greeting clients and receiving information, file management, clerical tasks, once-monthly mailings, and providing assistance to and communicating with brokers about their active files. Member of the company's website redesign team. Implemented new filing system for active files, tracking listings through to closing. Wrote 30-page handbook for transaction management, incorporating information about the new filing system and MLS changes. Created and delivered presentations to brokers about new software and website updates. Drafted copy for advertisements, fliers, and remarks on active MLS listings.

Responsible for managing online orders from the store's website, answering questions and solving problems for web customers, providing personal phone consultations to customers making large purchases, and using Quickbooks to maintain the company's accounts. Managed the sale of 2-3 large orders a week for customers. Acted as the lead marketer of the company's line of organic furniture and alcohol burning fireplace products using print and online tools, generating copy and advertisements.
