-Build & maintain corporate relationships.-Plan & execute corporate trips with Business Club members. -Increase campus engagement for on campus, and off campus Business Club events.-Oversee Vocation Capitol (a networking and career planning workshop)

-In charge of scheduling visit days for prospective students and families ranging from individual families to 200+ person events.-Handle general Admissions phone calls & emails on a day-to-day basis.-Head tour guide: in charge of training and managing a team of 20 tour guides.-Assist in planning, setting up, and participating in Admissions event days. -Write proposals for high priority items such as a $15,000 Admissions Office golf cart.-Handle communication between coaches, faculty, and staff, the Admissions Office, and potential students/families.-Helped brainstorm and execute video marketing projects for the college that have been advertised on multiple social media platforms and email communications.-Assist in recruitment strategies as well as providing amazing guest relations. -Overall nature of the job requires a level of sales and personable relationships.

-Interact, monitor, facilitate and assist elementary-aged children on an individual and group basis.-Instruct children in activities designed to promote their social, physical and intellectual growth.-Instruct and assist children with personal cleanliness, hygiene and self-care.-Assist with snack and keeping the rooms well-maintained and clean.-Willing to abide by State regulations and have good interpersonal communication skills with a diverse group of people.-Maintain client files and all required documentation.-Attain and maintain certification as required, such as medical training and Child Protective Services training.

-Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section.-Taking customers’ food and drink orders.-Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders.-Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks.-Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly.-Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant.-Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events.-Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.
