• Generate specific candidate pool for medical affairs career opportunities through strategic placement of advertisements, evaluation of applicant credentials, and conducting initial interviews and pre-screening assessments. • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, directors, and recruiters on a daily basis - received formal recognition for attention to detail and proactivity. • Regularly travel to client interview sites and manage onsite interview logistics for medical affairs candidates. • Plan and successfully executed several batch days for various roles where 6-12 candidates came onsite to interview in order to streamline filling headcount • Leverage social media platforms and online job boards to advertise open positions and engage with potential candidates. • Follow up with notable applicants sourced via industry-specific pipelines, events and job fairs.• Onboard new employees into various internal programs including Concur, MOTUS, and G Suite.• Work closely with IT personnel and company employees to update internal systems, address security breaches, and help troubleshoot technical issues.• Supply and orient new employees with company distributed technology including cell phones, laptops, and tablets.• Monitor and process employee expense reports and company card usage.• Resolve escalated issues by serving as subject matter expert on wide-ranging issues within Concur and MOTUS.• Off-board employees and efficiently collect, reset, and store their company-given equipment.• Track company technology and equipment using inventory management software.
