As the Director of FlexEquip NZ, I lead a company dedicated to providing access and material handling equipment for hire. I oversee the operations, strategy, and growth of the business, ensuring we deliver innovative and tailored solutions to our customers and partners. With over 18 years of experience in project management, construction, and racking solutions, my journey began with my family's business, Arise Racking, in 2005, where I developed a strong foundation in operational excellence and customer-focused service.In 2017, I played a key role in acquiring Etiquette Labels and oversaw the successful onboarding of the business, ensuring a seamless integration and continued delivery of quality service. Building on this experience, I established FlexEquip (formerly Flexhire) in 2019 to meet the growing demand for reliable, high-quality equipment hire across New Zealand. These ventures highlight my passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving business growth.As a leader, I am committed to fostering a positive, forward-thinking work environment that encourages professional and personal development within my team.
