From a young age, I've been committed to my community, starting with yard work for neighbors. These early experiences taught me the value of effective communication and hard work. My professional journey began at Lil 500 in December 2019, where I advanced to a managerial position by August 2021. When the business closed, I joined Chick-Fil-A Altamonte Springs in February 2022. I quickly progressed from a Back of House team member to Team Leader, and eventually Shift Supervisor and later Manager. In March 2024, I accepted a position at a Chick-Fil-A location in Orange City as a Team Leader.In September 2024, I transitioned to a new role as a Public Involvement Specialist at POWER Engineers. In this position, I focus on engaging stakeholders and fostering community relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on various projects.Balancing work with academics has always been important to me. I was an active member of the National Honor Society in high school and continued to pursue leadership and academic excellence at Rollins College, joining the National Society of Leadership and Success. In March 2023, I was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, recognizing my achievements in political science. In May 2024, I graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies.In July 2023, I started an internship with Orange County Commissioner Nicole Wilson. This role has given me invaluable insights into public service and local government, perfectly complementing my academic pursuits and career goals. Each step of my journey has prepared me to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.
