If one month there were, for example, 20 clicks a week and suddenly there was only 1 the next week, this indicates that either the client's campaign is significantly underperforming or there is a technical issue; either way this can be promptly investigated and resolved because we found out about the issue earlier.- "Process X should run every night by midnight."- "When process Y runs, it shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes to complete."My design goal for this was to allow significant flexibility in the types of rules allowed while minimizing the maintenance issues that often affects rules engines.

As Secretary of a not-for-profit organization, I participate in officer meetings and serve on the Executive Board. Worked on the Responder line of Nurse Call systems for a manufacturer of communication equipment. Primary areas of responsibility include software development (utilizing languages like C# and C++ and tools like Microsoft Visual Studio and PVCS), testing, and standards compliance.
