- Improved the weight loading of local semi-trailers by designing semi-trailer axle, structural dynamics and suspension systems with higher tolerances to weight loadings. After conducting market survey with customers, the ideal weight loading is determined and customers have less component failures.- Conducted a cost benefit analysis of semi-trailer aluminum wheels that meets ETRTO and EUWA Standards. By sourcing aluminum wheels from South Korea, the costs of steel wheels were reduced by 60% compared to imports from USA. This improved overall company profits by approximately 20%.- Implemented “Just in time” installation of Electronic Braking System (EBS) on semi-trailers & tankers. Because the haulage industry has very limited downtime, a tracking system was created to allow companies to send their vehicles for repair and installation with sufficient alerts to the technical team.
