Ethan Weitz runs Ethan Weitz Charters, a fishing and day trip outfit located in Florida that provides excursions to charitable organizations, including hospitals, schools, churches, and others. Licensed as a Captain by the United States Coast Guard, Ethan Weitz uses his 31-foot Contender to offer underserved communities and individuals a chance to experience nature and enjoy social time together. Moreover, Ethan Weitz has used his success as a private investor and financier to contribute to several other nonprofit organizations. A member of Brentwood School’s Class of 1988, Ethan Weitz remains committing to assisting his alma mater in providing scholarship funds to underprivileged students. Ethan Weitz also contributes to Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross. Ethan Weitz makes his home in Manalapan, Florida, and Manhattan Beach, California, where his wife is currently designing and building a new home. A member of the West Palm Beach Fishing Club, Ethan Weitz pursues a variety of hobbies, including boating and golfing. Ethan Weitz often participates in competitive fishing contests around the world. In 2003, Ethan Weitz caught a brown trout to win the Fish of the Year award in Michigan.
