Ethan is the CEO of Growth Partners LP, which manages a portfolio of companies specializing in book publishing, masterclasses for bestselling business authors, executive training and coaching. Ethan coauthored the #1 New York Times bestselling book, "The One Minute Entrepreneur" with Ken Blanchard. He is also coauthor of the #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller, "Prosper, Create the Life You Really Want.” His books have been translated into 20 different languages. Ethan has been recognized as winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst and Young, 40 under 40, and as Top 100 venture backed CEOs by Vspring Capital. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the Owner President Management Program at Harvard University, and is an alumni of the Harvard Business School. He is a board member of the YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Scottsdale, Arizona chapter. In early 2014, Ethan lead the investment banking process for Prosper to be successfully acquired by Achieve Partners.He is married to Ashley Willis and together they have 8 energetic children.
