- Designing assignments that integrate technology into the curriculum and enhance student learning- Providing classroom instruction and training workshops on technology sequences- Identifying, evaluating, and acquiring technology-related hardware, software, and other technology resources appropriate for use in higher education- Responsible for advanced video production and consultation on video projects for both the CSB and SJU campuses, requiring work with campus organizations and departments on video projects from original concept to final product- Serving as supervisor and advisor to the student media organization, Johnnie Bennie Media, and other related groups

- Responsible for the planning, production, editing, and delivery of select in-house advanced video production requests- Providing video production and post-production training/consultation for classes, student groups, faculty, and staff- Supporting users of the media studios and editing labs with any needed training, equipment, hardware, and software- Assisting the Technical Coordinator and the CSB Media student crew with multimedia presentation and event support- Serving as advisor, supervisor, and staff representative for the student media organization, Johnnie Bennie Media

- Working with students, faculty, staff, and others to determine media needs for a wide range of events on campus- Providing video production services, conversion/duplication of multimedia, and access to training/equipment/facilities- Hiring, training, and supervising student employees to provide media support for presentations, lectures, and events

- Mentoring students on methods of media production with the purpose of helping students foster media literacy- Providing access to support, resources, equipment, and training to help students develop media technology skillsets- Overseeing the hiring and supervising of student managers who serve as leaders of the student media organization- Serving as moderator for weekly meetings with managers, who report on recent activity and progress towards goals

- Serve as video production advisor and consultant for the ETL's student leaders, videographers, and editors- Provide access to a wide range of media equipment, facilities, editing software, and technical training- Assist ETL in submitting their documentaries for film festivals, awards, and broadcast considerationExtending the Link (ETL) is a student-run organization that annually produces documentary films focused on under-reported social justice issues at home and abroad. ETL was founded in 2008 by students at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University in central Minnesota.

-Producing video documentary work from concept to publishing; writing and editing proposals, scripts, and storyboards-Video recording relevant events and testimonials for posterity—respectfully engaging in complex ethical discussions

-Overseeing executive and general board meetings and assisting in day-to-day operations of the student TV station-Mentoring students in television production practices and station policies—forming an annual organizational budget
