Product Design Engineer
Current- New Product Initiation and Design Rule Establishment: Prepare and submit project proposals for new packaging products, establish detailed Design Rules, and create precise external and internal structure design diagrams.- Package Framework Design and Supplier Collaboration: Lead the design and drafting of new packaging frameworks, coordinate technical discussions with suppliers, address critical technical issues, and ensure designs meet industry standards and are production-ready.- 3D Modeling and Design Support: Utilize advanced 3D modeling software to design and draft 3D diagrams of the external and internal structures of new packaging products, providing comprehensive technical support to R&D and production teams.- Sample Analysis and Design Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer samples, including precise POD dimension measurement, internal structure optimization design, and BOM (Bill of Materials) verification to ensure product performance and manufacturability.- Sample Development and Quality Standards: Oversee the procurement process for new packaging framework samples, and establish stringent dimensional and visual inspection standards to ensure high consistency and quality of the samples.-Process Development and Material Evaluation: Develop production-oriented process flows, draft product specifications, and rigorously evaluate and select qualified materials to ensure efficient production processes and high product quality.- New Product Development and Mass Production: Oversee the entire development process of new packaging products from concept to mass production, ensuring a smooth transition from prototyping to full-scale production and timely market launch.
