Primary responsibilities included requirements analysis, database design and acting as a technical reference to team members to ensure a successful product launch. - The Remote Customer Assistance project implemented a tool to enable the Xerox Customer Service Support Center to monitor on an ongoing basis the effectiveness of RCA being provided to customers. - Developed a tool to monitor metrics based on an integrated Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Adaptability (QCDA) model. This tool pulled data from a Global Data Warehouse that integrated data from 15 mainframe data sources. - Successfully implemented a Multi-Dimensional trending analysis application for the Office of General Counsel. - Successfully implemented a Client / Server based Problem Management Toolkit. - Successfully implemented a Problem Management System. -
