As a Deloitte Consultant I've worked on several large scale integrated solution for the Public Sector serving State of Texas, Michigan, and California and played several key roles. Here's a short list:As Performance Management Manager - Served as the Performance Management manager responsible for the operational/performance of $200M integrated J2EE solution. In this particular role I help defined performance management framework and tools, and stand up an operational center to continuous monitor the system performance across the entire State. Earning recognition from CIO of State of Michigan.As People Performance Specialist - Member of the People Performance Team (internal) that supports the Partner/Director performance evaluation process. Built and supported custom for collection, validation, and reporting of financial and qualitative ratings. Providing critical analytical/functional for the Partner/Director peering processes.As Portal/SOA Lead - Served as the portal enablement lead for State of Texas, collaborating with IBM Services to pilot an IBM based portal solution for the State of Texas. Defined integration requirements to adopt portal frontend with existing $300 million TIERS application. Diligently managed entire SDLC as well as a small SCM team in delivering weekly builds and trending reports for stakeholders.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Lead of an XML processing component for FedEx's Hold/Drop shipment system that is responsible for handling of EDI exchanges over JMS bus. Managed a team of 3 developers to design and implement multi-worker based handler (JMS/EJB based) to handle EDI-to-XML transformation and processing. Additionally improve quality through creation of automated test harness using XSLT to validate and regression test EDI transformation and handling.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Designed and developed a new GUI based switch configurator for Nortel Networks that was based on Java/Swing and feature Drag-n-Drop interface that greatly improved the configuration time of telex switch from weeks down to 1-2 days.
