• Manage territory events, drive marketing campaigns, manage accounts, and conduct market research.• Manage initial customer relationship and appointment setting leading to +$200K booked sales.• Act as a liaison between customers and the three supported Sales Representatives.• Report directly to the Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Director.

• Manage sales operations for New York City• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Curriculum, Implementation and Technology Departments to ensure on time and high-quality delivery of company’s products and services.• Undertake projects to improve efficiency of department including training of new staff and system building

• Responsible for order management/data entry and coordinating with the credit department, clients, and sales team.• Strengthen relationships with buyers and pro shops.• Coordinate advertising, marketing, and promotional events

• Assist in merchandising and selling of product.• Maintain customer service, cashiering duties, and support sales staff.
