During the winter seasons, I managed front office operations, which involved handling phone calls and emails, organizing administrative documents, inputting financial data into the management system, and scheduling the school’s calendar. I also coordinated logistics with our drivers to ensure clients arrived at the meeting points on time. Additionally, I took care of both team and client needs, always aiming to provide the best possible experience by matching clients with the most suitable ski instructors from our talented team.

During the summer seasons I co-managed a family-run bed and breakfast, where I handled a variety of responsibilities. My main duties included welcoming guests, introducing them to the local area, managing the booking system, overseeing breakfast preparation, and supervising cleaning staff. I was also in charge of maintaining the property, taking care of the plants, and adding a personal touch by baking cakes and quiches for our guests. My goal was always to ensure a warm and memorable experience for everyone who stayed with us.
