  I lead regional and national policy analysis and advocacy initiatives toward increased efficiency and ethical health research and development, as well as equitable access to global health research products. I also foster partnerships that contribute to the strengthening of policy advocacy; efficient knowledge management; and translation of research findings into practice. In supporting the creation of an enabling environment for research by IAVI and partners in Africa, I represent IAVI at regional forums and technical working groups and provide strategic leadership on communications to increase the visibility and impact of research in Africa and globally.I also serve as a project manager for two sub-grants, with oversight of workplan development, budgets, and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
