I started my professional life in online advertisement and worked as an Account Manager for 2 Years. I was responsible for campaigns for different customers with different goals. After graduating from the University in 2013, I started to work as a Software engineer at Kuveyt Türk Bank. I worked with WPF, WCF, C#, and MSSQL technologies to develop Foreign Trade and Treasury business screens. Meanwhile, I worked on an R&D project on image recognition and classification. After 3 years, I changed my journey to software consultant in Architecht to support all migration and implementation processes of a new Islamic bank and handled the bank's requests from requirement to delivery. I worked with international customers also. I experienced both RFP and POC processes as a Software Designer. As a Team Leader in the same banking project. As a team leader, I was responsible for the design, development, and testing of a banking application. My team is formed by Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and developers. I was included in all processes of application development from the requirement to UAT. I had both technical and administrative responsibilities. The application is built with .Net Core, React, and Node JS, and CI-CD is managed with Azure DevOps by consuming the infrastructure on Azure. Later on in the same project, I worked as a Project manager. We managed a multinational project with multiple stakeholders and teams from 4 different countries. The project team was composed of more than 150 employees with almost 100 thousand man-days budget. In the project, predictive approaches are applied and PMI principles are followed. Later on, I moved to a new Journey with a Fintech startup as Head of IT and started to manage all IT-related matters like team building, IT infrastructure, software development and testing, etc. We built a local team to work with global teams to handle application development, integration, and operations. Now I am responsible for the growth of the company managing end-to-end all processes, KPIs, and deliverables of sales, marketing, legal, and IT operations of the company. We built a local team and onboarded more than 300 retailers and 2 banks and more of them are in the pipeline to achieve a successful journey for a Fintech Startup.
