As the Ecomm marketing manager I was responsible for product sales planning, forecasting & reporting, website merchandising, fulfillment logistics, and Shopify tech stack integration and management plus general UX troubleshooting. I leveraged sales reports and analytics tools to identify opportunities and weaknesses and to inform decisions on how to reduce friction and increase conversion. I drove an increase in AOV and a decrease in subscription churn by implementing strategic Shopify applications to our tech stack.
