Ensuring store is clean, organised, and properly merchandised, creating eye-catching displays and promotions.Cashing up after each days sales and ensuring a high level of cash office standards.Interview, train and develop staff to reach their full potential.Monitor and manage staff scheduling.Ensure safety and security of store and staff, as well as loss prevention.
