It fulfilled several functions that would otherwise need to be performed manually. The secure website was the portal through which all creditors received key information, voted and provided requisite details in order to receive their entitlements. It therefore removed the need for communication via bar-coded paper forms and letters which would need to be manually processed. It also facilitated secondary trading after the composition and enabled making composition documents available to potential purchasers on certain conditions.Acted as an IT business analyst and a bridge between lawyers and programmers, translating the abstract needs of the business/legal side into technical solutions and vice versa.
