On assignment as a Datawarehouse Developer for the CHUV, a Keyteo customer.Context : The CHUV has implemented the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) program. This program allows, among other things, to better prepare the patient for their operation, reduce their operating stress, improve their convalescence, reduce their hospitalization time as well as their length of stay at the CHUV. ERAS is based on sharing the know-how of health teams made up of surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists and stoma therapists. These professionals apply treatment protocols validated by numerous scientific studies. The CHUV Datawarehouse team was contacted by the ERAS referents of the surgical departments in order to develop and make available to them monitoring files for patients eligible for this support. It is in this context that the CHUV contacted Keyteo to mandate me for this mission: to integrate and make available the data requested by the profession in order to support them in the management of ERAS data.Realisation :- Data integration from the Datawarehouse- Provision of data for clinical registers eligible for the ERAS program- standardisation and industrialisation of developments in compliance with the team's good operating practices- Preparation of data to meet the requirements of the target system (standardisation, quality, expected format)- Horizontal and vertical communication with all project stakeholders- Delivery of data to business teams for validation- Database configuration in RedCap

- Data Visualisation : Creating BusinessObjects dashboards from start to finish. Starting from data universe selection to dashbord delivery. Those reports were design especially to monitor and measure the efficiency of the digital transformation of assistance files. Also, I design and automate a dashboard to monitor the medical activity of the group.- Data Analysis : Data processing, and statistical analysis of current trends for different stakeholders. In-depth analysis of performance using SAS, BusinessObjects and SQL.- Forecast process : Development of an activity budget process in order to forecast the activity on the on the assistance call centre for year N+1 : forecast of the number of files, the time spent processing them, and the number of assistance staff needed on the call centre to support the activity
