I then moved into the telecoms sector, holding senior management positions in strategy and business development for the Swiss incumbent operator.Later I joined one of Switzerland's leading technical and research university, holding various senior mgmt positions at School level and central services. During 4 years, I was member of the executive board in charge of a range of mgmt and support functions : - human resources and talent management- facilities and infrastructure management- safety, occupational health and prevention - purchasing and procurement- sustainable development and environmental management- catering and retail- supervision of the congress centre. In charge of 240+ employees and annual OPEX/CAPEX budget of ~ MCHF 160. In this position at the forefront of science/research/education mgmt, close involvement in all strategic & operational activities of the institution. In addition, I have complemented my management experience by acting as indep. member of the board of directors of Swiss companies. Since 2018, I'm also Treasurer and member of the Board of the Golf Club Lausanne and joined the Board of Swiss Golf in 2022 where I'm chairing the Sustainability Committee.
