Project Coordinator
Current● Production follow-up - Participate in the definition of deliverables and the daily, weekly and monthly planning of the team's tasks- Carry out the operational tasks of the project management (organisation of meetings, note taking, reports, etc.) and report regularly to the manager - Provide visibility on the teams and the project to the manager and report identified risks and issues to the manager ● Coordination of teams - Provide support to the Leads on the coaching of their teams, take on the role of facilitator and relay of the medium and long term project vision to the teams - Define the scope of work to be carried out by each team and the schedule of tasks to be carried out - Be responsible for communication by producing summary of meetings, highlighting the decisions taken and the actions to be taken ● Structuring - Contribute to the implementation of production processes, ensure their proper application and facilitate exchanges with inter and intra-departmental teams - Updating documentation, in collaboration with the teams, ensuring that information on its subjects is shared and of high quality
