• Support and increase sales of Manulife Investments products by building and maintaining effective relationships with investment advisors and financial planners.
• Liaise with Head Office partners to resolve issues and come up with solutions by facilitating the problem resolution process with the right parties to optimize service to advisors.
• Work closely with portfolio managers to develop and deliver in-depth product knowledge, investment strategies and portfolio characteristics.
• Strive to provide top-quality advice in a variety of areas and help clients build a successful book of business.

• Partner up with the Wholesaler to generate sales and develop new business.
• Assist Advisors with business building ideas, competitor analysis and tax planning strategies.
• Ensure regional events and road shows are well attended by using outbound campaigns.
• Assist wholesaler in developing a strategic business plan for the year and review it quarterly with the team to increase sales from advisors in our territory.
• Use daily phone contact with Advisors to build relationships and increase sales of Dynamic Funds.
• Participate in national, regional, departmental, and project group meetings, sharing feedback and information.

• Support and accompany the Managers and Senior Managers in their recommendations.
• Preparation of variance analysis on financial data
• Preparation of quarterly/annual financial statements
• Collaborate with other CN departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations and other Railroads.
• Get involved in the organization to learn all facets of the business.
• Train new hires and help them develop professionally within the company.

• Ensure budget management and organize events for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.
• Elaborate intervention plans and conduct follow-ups with Senior Managers.
• Ensure proper training for new employees.
• Enhance the social integration of residents trough individual and community activities.
