My role spans strategy, product development, marketing, and operations, ensuring that Sólleria stays at the forefront of innovation in the luxury market.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Led the creation of Sólleria’s Crystal Collection, offering unique, eco-friendly clutches made using advanced 3D printing technology.Creative Direction: Managed the creative vision, directing photoshoots, and content development for social media channels like @casa.de.solleria.Marketing and Sales: Developed and executed Sólleria’s global marketing strategy, from website launch to social media engagement, with the goal of achieving €1 million in revenue within the first year.Business Development: Explored international production and distribution, connecting with design platforms like Farfetch and Net-a-Porter, and pitching investors for growth opportunities.Operations: Oversaw suppliers, logistics, and packaging to ensure smooth, eco-friendly global shipping. Implemented customer-first features like customizable messages and luxury unboxing experiences.Achievements:Brand Launch: Successfully launched Sólleria, garnering positive market feedback on our unique designs and sustainable approach.Sustainability: Integrated eco-friendly materials and practices into every stage of production, aligning with modern consumer values for ethical fashion.Market Recognition: Engaged an audience of luxury consumers, with 70 out of 75 people surveyed praising the design and craftsmanship of our products.
