This role's purpose is responsible for developing, overseeing and directing the strategy and execution for Heavenly Blush targeted market & consumers in order to maximize the impact of the business strategy and business goals. Together within the circle, this role develop vision, strategy & roadmap for implementation of acquisition new consumers within our Heavenly blush brand target persona through marketing (building awareness & consideration with the right communication) & sales (in store sales activities, new channels); as well as helping the brand & mkt team to retain the existing consumers to keep being loyal & increase their usage to our Brand
