✪ Owned, operated and expanded the only Obstetrics and Gynecology facility, within 100-mile radius, to three-fold operations within 6 years by restructuring and transitioning clinic into centralized one-stop family healthcare provider. ✪ Doubled revenue within 3 years, by expanding services to support more than women patients to provide family medicine, pediatric care, acupuncture, and cosmetic procedures. ✪ Enabled and improved capacity to support growing clientele and diverse patient needs through recruitment and guidance of multidisciplinary team of 30 skilled employees including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, midwives, administrative and support staff. ✪ Added In-Vitro Fertilization center to office (first in the state) and established cosmetics services department, providing skin tightening, laser hair removal, and Botox. ✪ Improved diagnostic turnaround and reduced outsourcing costs by rebuilding internal lab to bring testing in-house and decrease processing time from days to minutes. ✪ Revamped and transitioned inventory, document management, and phone systems to upgraded technical platforms to computerized inventory tracking, electronic medical records, and VOIP phone technology. ✪ Purchased and transformed a church into 2nd clinical office location with all required equipment, rooms, and standards to provide full-service healthcare of original location. ✪ Established midwifery group to expand OB/GYN physician coverage and avoid burn out.
