WW scope, Main activities: • Design and coordinate the execution of training and development programs for the House, also in collaboration with the Retail Excellence team for the Retail population• Analyze training needs emerging from both the Talent Review process and HRBPs inputs, to shape the L&D plan of the House• Leverage Group and Brioni’s resources to maximize learning opportunities and nurture a learning culture in the organization• Manage the annual cycle and manage continuous improvement of the performance review process, by also promoting a healthy culture of feedback• Manage the yearly talent campaign from kick-off to the definition of development plans of our talents • Support the Group People Survey and lead brand-specific initiatives such as pulse and specific surveys• Lead Engagement projects and initiatives to promote exchange, participation and open communication across teams• Support the definition and sharing of Brioni Culture, and integrate it in the activities of the HR function• Identify succession plans for key positions and populations, also in relation to the Key Positions map of the House • Promote career conversations and support Internal Mobility both across the House and within the Group• Coordinate the implementation of Inclusion & Diversity initiatives of the Group and lead the I&D agenda at Brioni, also in coordination with the House’s I&D Committee
