Throughout the contract on m/v “MOONDANCE” I was responsible for:• quality and safe operation of all electrical equipment installed on m/v "MOONDANCE";• for the filling and preparation of technical documentation like electrical and mechanical part together with a Chief Engineer• for the inspection and serviceability of emergency equipment ( fire extinguishing system CO2, Steering gear ,an operating condition of the power sources GMDSS, etc.)• Controlled the availability of spare parts and has made application for obtaining new.• Performed validation of the electrical equipment, before leaving port.• Partially performed the duties of the 3rd Engineer, Watchkeeping in ER. Assisted engine team in all repairs and services of auxiliary and main engines and auxiliary machinery of the vessel.

This contract was the third in the company JSSC "Ukrichflot" in the position of Electrical Engeneer. This contract was successfully completed and I got a positive reference from Captain Alexander Sikorin. During the work on m/v "Oltenitsa" was successfully passed several qualification inspections of the vessel and I, as an Electrical Engineer, did not receive critical comments which could delay the operation of the vessel or affect the safety of the people who worked with me in the same team.

Unfortunately, I was forced to stop this contract prematurely. Working on m/v "Amur 2525", during the inspection of the vessel by PSC inspectors at port Burgas, Bulgaria, was found mismatch in number of the STCW Convention (AIII/ 1) in my diploma (must be AIII/6). Then I leaved the vessel in the convenient port, for the company, for further exchange my CoC on a new one.
