For my PhD I worked on models for viscoelastic polymers using parallel computing with CUDA GPUs and stochastic differential equations. I also build tools in python, R and MATLAB to gain meaningful insight into the large amount of data produced by the simulations. I have broad interests and enjoy seeing how mathematical modelling can provide useful insight into all sorts of problems.
