Responsible for the day-to-day management of Conifer's compliance training and education program by understanding client expectations, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and accreditation standards governing Conifer's business operations. Managed costs by selling the building and outsourcing meeting venues in order to create the first virtual association in the state of Texas. Implemented new orientation and professional standards courses for members. Organized and led weekly association meetings, planned and executed annual inaugurations, trained and supported a Board of Directors, exceeded annual political action committee goals.
