Performed numerous tasks such as structural engineering analysis and designs, project management, forensic inspections, and maintained good working relationships with architects and contractors.

Manage multiple responsibilities; including specialty structural engineering, project management, business unit operations and business development functions. Perform initial damage assessment inspections on structures affected by Hurricane Sandy in New York and New Jersey and prepare damage assessment reports.

Collaborated on a forensic inspection team to locate damage on multi-story structures, prepared structural drawings, researched project design standards, and generated preliminary design studies for lead engineer.

Used various statistical and engineering techniques to accomplish a wide range of engineering tasks; appointed to me by the Lead Engineer. Underwent training on handling complex engineering techniques and tools which gave me an in depth understanding to solve complex problems with ease and efficiency.Key Results:- Collaborated on an I-beam inspection team to locate damaged beams in a 7 story building. - Prepared floor plans using AutoCAD showing the location of all damaged beams. - Researched project design requirements to assure proper repair methods were used.- Generated preliminary design studies for lead engineer

Worked closely with Lead Architects on the interior design of multi-story structures. Prepared plan views and floor elevations of multi-story structures, for both bid documents and private customers, using AutoCAD. Pioneered the design of a unique MS Excel spreadsheet to facilitate the estimating procedures of the company. Key Results:- Prepared cost estimates, technical specifications, and bid documents for lead architect. - Assisted in the design of floor plans for future customers. - Examined floor plans for accuracy and made corrections as necessary.
