As a child, I was always interested in how bread is made, what ingredients are used and, above all, where the contents come from. So off I went in search of the origin. Today I am very happy that I dared to take this step and proud to have found direct contact to wheat producers in the Russian Federation. Surprisingly, these wheat grains are produced in the farms, then transported to the port, exported by ships, processed into meal and transported further. So quite a few processes until we can enjoy the bread from the groceries as breakfast.
