I am an aspiring People Leader and through the opportunities I have been given, I have learned to use my influence to cultivate environments that encourage active communication, accountability, and individual ownership. I am a firm believer in utilizing my leadership roles to enable others, on my team or other teams, so that our organization can progress above and beyond anything I could do on my own.Through my work experiences, I have gained exposure to project management, technical sales, mechanical design, technical documentation, and change management. I currently am working as a Logistics Engineer supporting the CAPV Site Logistics team at Olin's Freeport, Texas Plant. In this role I support the team as the reliability, compliance, and maintenance focal point. I am excited to have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team that works across one of the largest Chlor-Alkali Vinyl sites in the world.
