Etsuko brings more than 20 years of business experience spanning the arenas of consulting, managing, marketing, recruiting and training as part of Business Consultants, Inc., an international leading company in organizational and human resource development. She also ran trainer workshops and mentored internationally based trainers. She also spent 8 years as a Sales Manager, consulting and training in Japan and the USA adding to her understanding of cross-cultural dynamics. Her ability to reproduce her skills could be seen as she trained global sales managers with an emphasis on cross-cultural and mission understanding. Acclaimed as an articulate communicator and leader of leaders, Etsuko was invited to share her knowledge of innovation at the annual international ATD (formerly ASTD) conference for 8 years in a row.
