As a passionate and collaborative challenger, he is driven by a fascination with how users experience products and services, and a hunger to improve and promote those experiences with performance-optimized solutions.As Laurel Road’s Head of Design & Content, Eric Sutton leads all creative efforts for the business,including multichannel marketing and advertising creative, a robust financial literacy content libraryand digital learning experience, and product design and content across Laurel Road’s full suite ofdigital products and services. In this role, he heads up a full-service, in-house creative studio, focused on strengthening our mission-driven brand, supporting growth and retention strategies with performance-optimized assets, and delivering best-in-class product interfaces and user experiences.Prior to joining Laurel Road in 2017, Eric held a variety of design and creative leadership roles in brand, marketing, and product design with distinguished brands such as Estée Lauder, America Online, MySpace, and American Express, among others.Eric earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
