I shepherded teams through continuous technological transitions and corporate reorganizations, nurturing their resilience and cultivating their creative problem-solving skills. I draw upon this experience to teach clients how to look at events through different lenses, question their assumptions, and find creative and unexpected solutions to their career challenges.
