Responsible for the management and delivery of organisation's (Org) strategic projects, inclusive off:1.MANAGE DELIVERY1.1PMO Advocacy•Establishes and maintain standards, procedures for projects reporting and documentation•Ensure that all methodologies (e.g. project management, change management, business analysis and enterprise architecture) are aligned and integrated1.2.Technical Programme Management•Develops project plans, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources•Plans, directs and coordinates activities of technology projects ensuring project goals accomplishment•Ensure successful delivery of projects and add value to the Org1.3.Budgeting•Managing budgets of individual projects and portfolio of projects•Monitoring the expenditures against delivered and realised benefits1.4.Stakeholder Management•Identifying and working closely with all stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver to project commitments1.5.Change Management•Manages change to increase impact, organizational sustainability and reduce risks.1.6.Reporting•Reporting progress of the projects and portfolio's at regular intervals to Business Owners, Sponsors and Org Board1.7.Quality Assurance•Ensures quality assurance of the projects delivery of new products or services at appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget2.MANAGE PEOPLE2.1.Management and Leadership•Effectively manage and lead the PMO Department by motivating and enabling teams2.2.Career Management and development•Coach and mentor managers and employees2.3.Performance Management•Conducts performance reviews of staff at the level below3.STRATEGIC DIRECTION•Develops functional plans aligned to Org strategy and clarifies performance expectations for function•Ensuring projects support and enable Org vision, mandate and strategy•Manage feasibility studies of all projects
